We have conducted extensive research, and found that young persons respond better to persons of the same demographic and social background, and this in return helps them to develop better relationships with others and provides greater benefit for their future.
All of our Mentors are specifically chosen to enable us to make sure that the Programme provides Tangible Outcomes.
The way we achieve this is to employ Mentors who have first hand knowledge & experience of the pitfalls faced by young dispossessed males in today's Society.
This ensures that every Mentor not only "Talks the Talk" but has also, and still does, "Walk the Walk".
We see this as ABSOLUTELY KEY in gaining the respect and engagement of our partipants.
